RdsUecp

This software provide a simple way to change dynamically the PS (displayed station name) on a RDS / RBDS FM receiver with the station name and the song that is currently played on the radio station. Theses informations are sent to a RDS encoder which support the RDS Universal Encoder Communication Protocol (UECP version 5.1) also known under SPB 490.
